As an architectural designer, I specialize in residential new construction and thoughtful remodels, providing a level of design that goes far beyond basic plans. Using Chief Architect software, detailed 3D drawings are created to help clients clearly visualize their projects before construction begins.
Both builders and homeowners can take advantage of the services provided. The process starts with an initial project meeting to discuss your needs and gather key details. Next, preliminary drawings are developed and refined based on feedback. Finally, a complete set of construction drawings is prepared, including all documents required for permit submission.
